i just recieved my rear strut bar yesterday, and i tried to put it on, however i couldn't get it attached... is there some easier way to get it on?, or am i doing it wrong?
Thanks for help,
Eric
How did you try to put it on the first time. All you have to do is remove the strut tower nut then place the Strut Bar on those bolts screw the nut back on and done.

Disassemble it first and put the mounting piece in without the main bar.. (sorry for the poor discription... hehee) any ways u might also need to trim the carpet a bit to fit it in... that is wat i did for my cusco rear strut bar... hope this help u...

dude do you mean the big nut in the middle or the 3 little ones around the outside? Like the main big nut is what holds it on? :wtf:
the ones on the outside dude. dont unbolt the middle one. 2 nuts on each side. take em off, put the strut tower over it and bolt the same nuts back in...i dont get how else you were doing it that it wasnt working.. were you trying to fit it on top?

Okay well I wrote that from a gutted car point of view. Let me explain. There are only 2 nuts that you need to remove on the REAR tower mounts.
If you remove the big one in the middle, that will disassemble the entire shock essembly. Once you remove the nuts place the strut bar mounting points over and on those bolts. Once perfect fitment is achieved screw the nuts back on the 2 bolts and then you are done. That is from a fully gutted car point of view.

agreed Ryan, i know how to put it on the basics (not being mean, thanks for replys), but it is hard to place the bracket on, the amount of room that i have doesnt allow me to maneuver much.

I was told you had to cut the thin metal sheets over the top of the struts, I think it will be a pain but a lot of people have done it.
