Ok so i was wondering why my rb25det engine starts to overheat?
on the freeway she is fine but untill i get off the freeway and into traffic on streets she starts to run hot but if i rtun the heater its fine. i asked someone and he said its cause who ever i bought the car from put the fans on the front of the radiator, so i pushes air into the radiator instead of pulling. is this a big factor? of is it something else?
thank you and excuse my grammar.

Either Radiator is not up to par or the E-Fans do not push enough air.
Being pusher fans is not an Issue, I have dual FAL pushers with a Koyo and mine doesnt go above 88*C

so fans pushing have nothing to do? and bigger radiator? or ....?

Pusher shouldnt matter unless they dont push around 2,500cfm.
a dual core raditator helps alot as well.
The stater Ive read that a Datsun starter fits. O just tak it to get rebuilt somwhere

i have dual ebay 10" pushers and a mishimoto rad and i haven't had any problems, even in 95F deg south tx weather. i've hear of non-oem thermostats causing problems like that.
as for the starter, i got mine rebuilt locally. they use common mitsubishi brushes and also a mitsu solenoid.

Thats funny, i have the complete opposite problem, where in the city its fine but on the freeway it gets a bit hot, i have to use both fans on the freeway to keep it cool. Probably because of the pushers fans blocking the radiator.

i kinda think thats why it starts to over heat on the streets cause my fans are blocking it
