Ive done a ton of searching and my car still wont turn over with this new harness. The harness is from a 93 Automatic Coupe, The chassis is an 89 5 speed. When the key is in the on position, accessories turn on etc. No Spark, No fuel from what I can smell/see.

THIS CAR RAN AND DROVE prior to swapping in a wiring specialties harness, and a replacement auto harness, now she wont turn over!

EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED. THANKS ZILVIA!

bypassed the NSS, its a tan/black two wire plug under the fuse box.
Checked all power wires, and ground wires, all are in great condition.
Ignitor is good
CAS was good, but i have another one on the way just in case.
ECU was fine.
All fuses are good.

Take a look at my fuse box, the spot marked for IGN COIL relay is completely empty. Am I missing a relay?

if its an auto harness, theres two wires you have to jump together to make the car think its in park. Look up the auto-to-5spd swap. If i remember correctly, its two of the lower gauge (thicker) wires

Yes, Ive done that.

Trace the power and see where it ends. If you have no spark and no fuel then the problem is going from the ecu to harness. If the NSS or an alarm was the issue then it wouldn't even crank. So if it cranks and no spark or fuel it's harness/ecu related.

Is there an oem alarm that wouldnt allow the car to initiate the starter?

The harness shouldn't be NATS equipped but it's a possibility, albiet a small one. I would do a quick power trace just to narrow the possiblities.

you need a gray relay in that empty spot I believe its the inhibitor switch relay. Its probably why the starter wont work even if you bypassed the NSS.

Ill try and get a shot of mine since Ive just swapped in a 95KA into my 89 coupe going from auto to manual.

I have the same completely empty plug, but looks like you're missing the blue one? Not sure what it does, or if it's the one the guy above me mentioned tho

Check the gray and brown chassis plugs. Cross reference with 89 schematics. There is differences between the years in wire locations

Update

Today I said forget this auto harness and I pulled my original harness out of the basement. I laid them next to each other and rebuilt my oem harness. With this done, the car now will turn the starter with the key in the ignition, I can smell fuel, but still no spark. Going to trace everything tomorrow. just exhausted for now!

Tracked my issue down, my CAS had a broken clip so i couldnt fully plug the harness into it. I installed a new CAS and BOOM! She fired right up!
