91 240sx won't start

I swapped my ka24de with a ka24de from an 97 s14. the old motor had only 3 cylinders working so out it went.

I swapped over the intake/exhaust manifold, tranny, starter, alternator, distributer with ext. coil. all plugs are plugged all fluids are filled to spec. 1/4 tank of gas & new spark plugs.

It cranks but doesn't start! all parts that were swapped worked fine on the other motor so i don't know what the problem could be! any help would be appreciated please and thank you

check your fuses under the hood, see if the "eng cont" fuse is blown by any chance

all the fuses are good! I'm gonna buy a new distributer, cap and coil we will see if that works, cuz i checked the spark and its very weak!
