Do a search. Last time I checked it was $3347.56 for labor to install an SR20DE. Now if you go DET, it might cost a little more.

huh?..what the hell are you talkin bout Willis?
you must be including motor and install...cause $3347.56 is not possible for install alone...
i think he was just asking install labor only...which is anywhere from $500-$2000 depending on who you go to...but $1000-$1500 is pretty standard...

Yeah, around $3500 is what it should cost to get a red top SR20DET engine AND have it installed at a good place.

Is the sarcasm that subtle. It looks blindingly obvious to me but...

it was that subtle...
it was just an unnecessary post on your part..this thread was already towards the bottom of the page and would have dissappeared with his question having been answered...so it was more the motive escaping me as opposed to the sarcasm...

Here's the thing. He can get it done for less than $1500 if he searched. It benefits him to know that he shouldn't take the first price that someone throws at him and it teaches the newbs how to use the search button. $3347.56 for labor? to the exact cent? That's not subtle at all.

in rereading now that i know you were joking...yes there is sarcasm there...but like i said...based on the fact that posting it was so beyond necessity i figured you must be telling the truth...or at least your believed truth...i honestly thought it was possible that you were just that far off from accurate...lol...sorry...
see a helpful bump and post..if that is what you were trying to do..as you say...would have been: "do a search..i'm sure it can be found for cheaper then $1500 if you do a little research..spend some time..save some money"..
would that have been so hard?..since you were going to the trouble of not only posting...but placing an almost forgotten post back at the top of the page..

true, true, but what would be the fun in that.
