The motor cranks and everything else works, just no start. I'm thinking it might be the fuel pump because before I got a car alarm, I used to take out my fuel pump fuse to emulate fuel pump failure just to slow down the crooks. Well, I'm getting those exact same symptoms now as if I'd pulled out my fuel pump fuse. Checked that fuse, and it's fine.

I tried jump starting, that wasn't it. So the battery is fine. Starter is new and fine. I'm getting air and spark, but no gas. Does this sound like a textbook fuel pump failure? I just want to confirm before I go buy one and find out my issue was something that would otherwise cost me significantly less.
Thanks for looking
Thanks for helping.

could be a bad pump, clogged filter, bad damper or fpr.

To be sure, go and pick up a fuel pressure gauge and test it.

If you feel its your fuel pump take it out, test it. Simple as that...

Wouldn't it be easier to just to T in a fuel pressure gauge right after the filter?

But then again I've never pulled an s13 fuel pump.

I'm going to test it later tonight after work. If it isn't the fuel pump.. what else could it be?
