Which of these should I buy?

I've got a 92 twin turbo 300ZX, pearl white with tan interior. I have a few things I want right now but having trouble deciding.

#1: black interior parts. Found a guy 2 hours away selling the dash, carpet, and most of the plastics for $260. I'll have to keep my tan suede trim but black/tan is hot.

#2: 18" wheels. There's a guy 2 hours away selling 18x8.5/9.5 TSW Mondellos with tires. The fronts need changing and the rears are close to needing it. He wants $400 with Gorilla lug nuts/key, and the 1mm spacer the fronts need. The car is on stock suspension right now.

#3: Stillen GTZ lip. Find someone (or buy new) selling a Stillen GTZ lip. I don't like the Type III really. Anyways, those are $180ish new I think. My friend owns a paint shop and said for around $300ish he'll respray the front bumper and lip in 3 stage pearl. The front bumper has your average amount of rock chips and scratches that any 20 something year old car would have.

Here are my opinions:

1) Go ahead if you want to re-live your "90s" style. I personally think the interior is nice if you gave a good clean and shine. It has a more "classic" feel to it.

2) I had Rotoras that nearly killed me on the track (split in half only to be held by the rubber of the tires). You think TSW is any better? We'll find a newspaper report somewhere.

3) This would be nice, but I do not like "part-by-part" spray because after the paint ages, you noticed certain parts look better than others.

Lastly, just give me the money and life savings. I'll show you how you should spend your money. On me =P

I hope you assholes belittling everyone realize you look just as "stupid" as the OP. This forum has some good info, but none of it can usually be found because it's mostly 1-2 year members who think they're OG's harassing anyone without a rocket science question.
