WTB: 4x114.3 low offset, wide wheels

I'm looking for a new set of wheels for my Z car but my car isnt really good looking enough to warrant a shiny new set so I'm hoping someone can help me out with something used.

I am looking for wide wheels - 9-10 in. wide, 15s or 16s preferable, 17s ok too. 4x114.3 bolt pattern, and low or negative offsets.

Some old used Panasports, SSRs, Epsilons, would all be great others welcome too. Not looking to spend much more than $1200. I know this is a long shot but if you have something that fits the description please send me a PM.

The main idea is that I dont really want a set of wheels that is brand new. As such, I dont really want to pay the price of a brand new set of wheels either.

I think I can get a decent set of new wheels (again, not something I really want to do) for 2000-2500(ish?) depending on brand, so maybe 1200 is a little low. I can definitely offer more depending on what is available..
