Well i had my car running fine for a while, and a few days ago I found out my TPS signal wire had came undone. So I had to repin it and now it works fine, my climb through RPMs is so much smoother and it will idle finally. But now when it goes to 900rpms where its suppose to idle it just goes full lean and dies. I just took the intake manifold off today cleaned everything out replaced the gaskets and cleaned all the old gasket stuff off and made it fresh cleaned the iacv and everything. Hooked it back up adjusted the tps and idle and it does the exact same thing. I put STi injectors in it a while back and it made it run really rich even at idle, I tried putting a stock ecu in and it does the exact same thing at idle. I have my AEM fic hooked in as well, to get it to idle, instead of turning down the fuel for the bigger injectors. I have to increase fuel by like 50 sometimes 60, same thing if I have my SAFC on. I tried unhooking the FiC and the SAFC still the same no change. I've also tried 3 different MAFs and it made no change either. What could this be?

try unplugging the o2 sensor

Tried it, I just said screw it pulled out the wiring harness and re did all of the wires at the ecu plug and tightened up my intercooler pipes and ran new vacuum hose and it seemed to clear up a lot more. It will actually idle now and is drivable, I also changed the injector o rings.

Wait you have an FIC and a SAFC???

Make sure you only have one wired up. The problem with piggie backs on the JDM Nissan harnesses is the harnesses are already messed or jacked up anyways and once you start plicing stuff in and adding sh*t tons of resistance in line on the wires you throw off all sorts of inputs and readings critical to running your motor. I would toss the AFC completely and try working with the FIC only. I can help you with mapping and support for the FIC if you need more help too. Just shoot me an email [email protected]
