SE-R Spec V seats in s14?

what do you guys think? I don't know too much about seat swapping but in general would I just need seat brackets to make them fit? They are supposedly the same as Skyline GT-S seats or atleast designed like them.

if they are simular mounts to teh skyline, then only one bracket needs to be worked with, just welding on an extension should work.
