I've got a s13 sr20det swap with a precision sc61, STi yellow top injectors, tial waste gate, and hks bov. It has a mines ecu right now but its one for the 370cc injectors and now it doesn't let my car run good now. It's just to much of a jumpy AFR for my liking. I've also got a ecu that came from eMance that has the daughter board install so I could do a rom tune, but I was also looking at the Apexi Power FC i can find some for a good price, or the last option is save up for an AEM Ems?

I've been looking into nistune, but I haven't heard of Nemu RT before. Right now i am leaning towards the power fc, ems or nistune. The Ems is just a little to expensive though.

Get the system you or your tuner can tune! Or is willing to learn to tune, but why would you want to have a tuner learn on your engine?

Yeah exactly what I was thinking Cotbu, my tuner said he wasn't very familiar with nistune but he mostly tunes hondas and yotas, But he does real good work with AEM. I just wasn't trying to spend so much on an AEM. He said he might be able to find me one for a honda for around $500 but then I would have to repin the EMS for the sr20det.

I usually give this advice as well. If you have to ask us, then your probably not tuning it yourself. So the only person to ask is who is tuning it.

and fuck paying 500 for something you have to re-pin. If you look for a while you should be able to find a lightly used power fc with commander for 700-900

Yeah I'm with you Gotta240, I mean I could repin it easily but idk it would be a pain. My tuner said he doesn't know to tune with Nistune but idk i might just try and find someone else that really does good with 240s.

Aem or Haltech both good choices.

Good advice, and you can find a used power FC for $500 or less. I bought a D-jetro from a forum member for $400 last week. the deal are out there.
and a Power-FC can handle nearly anything. It plugs into the OEM harness. You cannot ask for much more.

Yeah i was really considering the Power FC it seems to be really nice, my friend had one in his rx7 and he said it was really nice and easy to use if you got the commander controller thing. I've heard a few things about it that aren't that good, but i've seen so many people using one.

^This. The BEST ecu won't do jack shit without a good tuner. Find the best tuner in your area. Find out what he tunes best. That is your answer.
