Hey everyone I wanted to see if anyone would be interested to send their old car, sport or whatever magazines. The stores here seem to have a lacking of decent reading material. Your donations will be much appreciated.

If you are interested send all magazines to the following address.

Camp Leatherneck

i have about 20 years of Sport Compact Car collecting dust. i used to think they'd be cool to have in the garage, but now i'm realizing they just take up space. how much does shipping run? magazines are heavy as fuck.

I have a stack of old Transworld Skateboarding magazines, and another stack of Street Rodder, I'd be willing to ship em if I don't have to pay for it

^^^ This is also a concern of mine.

I have a ton of old SCC, Road and Track, Motor Trend, Car and Driver and Super Streets that I have been avoiding throwing away or just giving away, and wouldn't mind donating to something like this, but shipping will be PAINFUL for as many mags as I have.

Down. I have a bunch of mags too. What would be the best way to do this? Since, as mentioned, shipping is cray cray

like speed racer said there are organizations that will mail them here for free and any magazine will do we've got plenty of gear heads here. and if you wanted to mail a couple at at time shipping should be pretty cheap to a FPO

I know it's not the free way but the post office does offer care package boxes for APO/FPO addresses. Think there flat rate. I know when I get them here from the girlfriend, postage is like $14 and she packs it to the brim.

Ah, only 3.5mo. till I'm out of this dump...

Anyone have a link to said organizations? I mean, I could easily load up my wagon and drop a whole bin of them off on Friday

I'll send your info to a buddy of mine who works at Tire Rack. Tire Rack's owner mails out free mags to servicemembers for free. I had 3 boxes of miscelaneous mags from them when I was in Japan and Iraq.

The good thing is when you ship to an APO the shipping is pretty cheap. My wife was sending big 40lb boxes for around 19 dollars. If i had some id send them but if you need anything else. i have no problem sending you guys stuff. sure wish i got more packages.

also, I know NMCI blocks ALOT of shit. but if you can get download.com . get hotspot proxy. was the only proxy that we could use. oh wait. arent proxies included in GO1B?
