Hello everyone, Am buying a sr swap from JDMHOOKUP tommorw and i want to know if anyone here had done business with them before?

I bought a motor swap from jdmengine depote in NJ while back and it was knocking and did not want to exchange or refund my money.

I don't want this to happen again, so if anyone had feedbacks please post it here, Thanks.

i bought my s14 sr20 front clip from dewey at jdmhookup, Hes a good dude with great stuff. After 2yrs of hard drifting its still going hard. Alot of people in kc recommend jdmhookup.

Like dude said, all his swaps are good. He visits family in Japan and buys running cars and takes their motors and good parts and sells the rest to scrap. Every swap he's got is pristine.

Can vouch for them also. Great company to deal with. Very honest people and do great work. Dewey goes to Japan a few times a year and hand picks everything himself. If something's wrong, he fixes it. Local to my home town and dealt with them often. +1

The best word I could use to describe his business is 'legit'. He actually goes over to Japan to pick motors out himself, he doesn't waste his time with shitty motors because he is the one who has to deal with it when it gets to the states.

I have a motor from him and it ran for 4 years, until i turned the boost up too high and blew the HG, including countless drift days every summer. Do it.

regardless if the SR comes back good or not so good... you should rebuild the fucker anyway. 20 year old dinosaur motors if you forget haha. I mean if you have money to buy a SR swap, minues well save up a few extra hundred and buy forged bottom end parts... juss sayin
