90 S13 hatch shell.....SoCal

Got a 90 s13 hatch shell for sale...113xxx miles on the chassis, body and frame are straight apart from the fact that i took its original front end off and replaced it, door dings and a few dents on the quarter panels,

Interior is in decent condition...cracked dash unfortunately, but all wiring etc is there (dohc cluster as well) also has eibach sportline springs not that it makes a difference.
-What it's missing:
engine/ecu....
drivetrain/diff (has 6 bolt axles still)
hood latch
fuel pump (hard wired from the last one)
and audio components
front calipers

Whats good about it?
SR ready...as it had one previously
steering assembly is a dohc set up etc etc
no ac components

front end looks rough but i havent fully bolted it together yet and i have the signals and vents
