Why Is That Guage Moving???

For some weird ass reason my temperature guage moves under exceleration, the car warms up fine and it shows that. But then when I get on it the temp just drops all the way to "C" and kinda flutters. Does anyone know what that is?

i had that problem on my car. i was planning on going out to trouble shoot it but when i got home from school my dad had taken it to a mechanic that fixed it. never got to find out why :(

I guess its not hurting anything but its real annoying. How much did it cost to fix?

mine is doing the same thing. weird. i was just gonna replace my gauge cluster.

check your connection to water temp sensor.. also check Tstat to make sure it's ok.
