header question

what is this and where do i buy to replace it.

I bought my 240 about 2 months ago and i took the old header out and where that hole is located was bent shut on mine old one.

It's the EGR port. Your car may have the EGR blocked off. You can get a cap for that port on the header

On my header I put my O2 sensor there, and blocked off the other holes.
