ok fellas its a 89 fastback with 136,500 on it the engine runs great the body is in great condition and inside is fine except for a little tear in the drivers seat nothing to big they want 2,450 for it should I or not?

mine was a 90 with no rust with 83 k and I paid $1600. Over $2000 I think with that many miles is kinda too much. But it depends on how bad you want it. My advice is if your patient an awsome deal will come along like I got.

I would try to negotiate a little with the price. I agree that it is a little high for an 89 with that many miles. I got a 93 with 110,XXX Miles for $2,000. If you are patient you will probably find a good deal, but if you want or need the car I would say just get it now, but first see if the price can be adjusted at all..

This is true.....I just bought my 95 for 2700 no major damage just a primer spot on the door......(small spot and i paint cars for a living) So no big deal but i would steer you away from buying any car that was 15 years old and had that many miles and was a SOHC unless you plan on swapping it soon......
