how are the shocks? any damage/blown?

The shocks are in good working condition! None of them are blown. I removed them to put on coilovers.

whats the lowest you'll go?

$50 is a good price for a set of stock suspension in good running order. If you don't like it, you can make me an offer. However, I do not think I will go much lower.

Are these housings sealed?

The housing are sealed. I took them off when I bought a set of HIDs. Had no problems with them prior to that.
