? Don't see how that's a dumb question... if some one said 15 miles I'd see how it would be in great condition, if someone said 15000 then I'm sure its got some wear and tear

the steering wheel has only been tracked a few times. no there are no flaws just a little dusty from sitting in a garaged car still looks brand new.
