code 32 and did the diagnostics

So I have a code 32 on my sohc ka and I did all the tests to figure out what's going on. I checked the voltage going to the egr solenoid and at idle it's at 20 something volts really high and when I I've it gas it climbs to like 30 something volts. in the fsm it says at idle it should be battery voltage like 14 volts and when you give it gas it should drop to like 9 volts. I checked the wiring and it's all good. what could be the problem? Bad ECU?

I am havin the same problem. Same sohc ka. I have a code 32 and I've r&r'd every component in the egr system and I still get a cel. And about 17mpg 

does your car backfire and run like crap at wot?

No it runs great at wot. It backfires upon deceleration.

ha!!...code 32 egr on my dohc i just switched out everything..and did a good cleaning !!

Did it clear? I was thinking about cleaning all the egr ports on the intake... Anybody had luck with this?
