Thanks!

I've got a new Wilwood MC in today to compensate for 4 pot brakes up front, and I'm working on my prototype bracket for dual calipers in the rear so I can add an independent hydro hand brake.

The weather around me looks great for this weekend, so I'm hopefully going to get the car out again this weekend and driving.

I've got the calipers and rotors on the way for fabbing up the dual caliper setup and ensuring everything is good to go...

I also blew my brake booster due to what I believe to be too much heat coming off of the manifold to the turbo, so it's time for some heat shielding to kill that problem and a new booster to give me braking back...

Some more fun pics -

Very Nice Sir! Are you using custom fab mounts or kit for the SR Motor?

They aren't "spikes" they are vortex generators... Clean Z OP

Cars like this make me embarrassed of my 5.7 liter v8 z that somehow produces less power... oh how i wish I could afford an SR or RB....haha

If you are interested in the "Spikes"... they are available at www.vortekz.com They are technically vortex generators, but I used them to break up the blue on the roof. I'll have a rear spoiler soon enough to actually have them sort of do something.

Here's a few newer pics of what's going on with her...

Yesterday I spent a few hours throwing in a 4.11 rear diff, as the 3.56 was not the right fit for the SR20DET and Vildini and other shops suggested getting closed to the 4.09 that came in the Silvia. It's a whole different beast now. Boost builds quick, as the rpms hop up super quick... It means I'm shifting out of first really rapidly, but it makes it up in 2nd and 3rd with really strong pulling. I was cruising at 65 in 4th with my old diff and it felt luggy, now it feels natural on the freeway and the ratio feels much more balanced to the engine.

I also finished up the front splitter and supports - Attached is a dirty pic, but shows my good first shot at it.
