i am looking to trade or sell my evo 8. looking at making a down payment on a condo. im willing to downgrade cars, but with cash on top. im also looking to get back onto a sport bike. all trades must be street legal-ish. ie: no jdm swaps unless its bard.

ive got all the service records, and i recently dropped about $2.5k on maintenance. new timing belt, tensioner, transfercase, and the whole 120k maintenance. It was all done at tuning technologies in colton. tuning tech is also the shop that tuned my car. it makes 300 whp and 300 tq on a conservative tune boosting 24 lbs. ive got the dyno sheet . tuned using ecuflash.
its got light mods. mostly just a turbo back exhaust, intake, and tune. full list is as follows:
Interior:
defi bf series 60mm gauges + controller
oil pressure
boost
egt
Greddy shift knob
Intake and exhaust:
road race engineering down pipe
aem intake (carb legal)
megan test pipe (have oem cat)
cobb tuning catback
injen lower intercooler piping
Boost Control and support:
gm 3 port boost soleniod (faster response than oem 2 port)
evo 9 metal blow off valve (oem 8 is plastic)
walbro 255 lph fuel pump
dna motorsports aluminum radiator
Exterior:
replica mr front lip
jdm tail lights
uk rear emblems (on oem trunk with wing, which i still have)
wingless lancer trunk (currently installed)
suspension and brakes:
evo mr edition springs and shocks (bilstein)
stainless steel brake lines
sound:
2x 12 inch kicker subs
rockford fosgate capacitor
2 amps (forget the name)
pioneer front speakers
pioneer rear speakers
alpine headunit (with ipod, usb, aux, and some others)
