WTB S13 Under $3000

Looking for an S13 hatch or coupe, decent on miles, running, dual cam prefered (if its a swap, proof would be nice), manual (I want manual because I fall asleep when I drive auto, not because racecar), and exterior can't be beat up but it doesn't have to be perfect. In the $2000-2500 range would be excellent but I'm looking for anything >$3000.

Clean title is also a plus but I don't mind salvage titles.
