WOW!
thats definitely unique
For 900 bucks, id expect nothing but mandrel bends, was that a prototype? it looks like there are some sharp pipe bends under the driveshaft.
7 lbs.. thats freaking light.

1. Titanium is not cheap....
2. You cannot mandrel bend titanium.
3. you can see that the image I have posted are with tack welds by the trans for mock up. The bend behind the diff, you can see how smooth the angle is...

Very nice!
I'm thinking about having you guys do a full titanium header back on my LS3 once I get it all done.

^it's Ti, you can't bend it.
cool exhaust, but i think an exhaust for cars that still have their fuel tanks is a bit more marketable.
demo car is sick, chicago=best style.

The S14 pictured has the stock fuel tank.
The part that was removed is where the spare tire goes....

I work on aircraft for a living and our planes have sweet titanium piping with immaculate curvatures, but i have no idea how it was manufactured. If i could post a pic from here, i would.

I guess you you can mandrel bend titanium...
air plane manufacturers - makes sense.
I'm sure it's a process that is different from steel. We tried - and failed. lol.
We'll stick to pie cuts.

Trust me you can bend Ti but if you stop your bend you better be 100% accurate because you cant bend it again. Work hardening will crack it. Hugely impractical to bend unless you have the $$$ to waste possibly thousands on Titanium piping if it's not right.
