Anyone know if this swirl pot is set up correctly?

Red hoses are -16AN lines
Black Lines are -6 AN Lines
Thing after the radiator is a inline radiator cap because of the v-mount.

The #2 tank wont overflow if i have the bottom return line connect to the water inlet right? It should have a vacuuming effect?

No... Swirl pot bottom hose goes to the lower Radiator Hose... the upper 2 go to the Radiator next to the Cap (overflow), and upper hose... make sure the Swirl pot is slightly higher than the radiator, about 1/2 inch is fine.

This looks like the ARC kit... what are you hiding, I will find you... j/k

The PBM set up is basically the #2 swirl pot

No... Swirl pot bottom hose goes to the lower Radiator Hose... the upper 2 go to the Radiator next to the Cap (overflow), and upper hose... make sure the Swirl pot is slightly higher than the radiator, about 1/2 inch is fine.

This looks like the ARC kit... what are you hiding, I will find you... j/k

Yea, that exactly what Pot #2 is setup like in the diagram. Never seen the ARC kit but this is based off the Billion swirl & header tank design.

I feel like im missing one line coming from the motor to Pot #2. A bleeder valve? Where does this come from on a SR20?
And do i really have to run another catch can for pot #2?? I sort of have limited space in my engine bay

You can cap the second upper feed that goes to the upper rad or upper engine...

The overflow on the Swirl pot (#2) goes to your stock overflow tank.

So How many feeds do you have on the Swirl Pot? 4 or 5??

Upper/ Lower Rad Hoses
Lower Swirl Pot Hose goes to Lower Rad Hose

Lowest of the 2 upper feeds on the Swirl Pot hoses goes to Rad. over flow feed, or the top of the Heater Tank... Swirl pot should be level or higher than the Rad over flow feed (Very Important)

Highest feed on the Swirl Pot can be capped off or run to the back of the head using this...
AUTO STAFF Water Bypass Block - Nissan SR RB Engines (http://www.rhdjapan.com/auto-staff-water-bypass-block-sr-rb-engines-59927)
Or you can use this location for the Heater Tank upper feed.

Feed under the Swirl Pots Rad cap is Overflow and runs to your factory over flow tank... unless you have something crafty. I would not let this just dump out... under pressure you will loose fluid and not get it back, where the factory tank allows for waste to be sucked back in.

Post pics when you get this set up...

^Sorry, I have no idea which pots are referring to.

Im basing it off this design.

So do i need a catch can to go with the Swirl pot on top?

Swirl Pot is the Upper one with the Radiator Cap.
Heater Tank is the one that connecte to the hot side of the radiator. (although the images show water swirling in this unit).

No you use the factory Overflow Tank, unless you want to replace it with something different.

So should i run a small catch with 2 fittings? One of top and one on bottom?

Top coming from Can#2 and return going back into water inlet?

NO... only one off the Swirl Pot (#2) under the cap to the overflow.

Radiator should be using a dummy cap. Swirl tank has a real" rad" cap on it. I dont see why you would be doing a inline cap.

I have a feeling a long and overly discussed thread on this exact topic exists. just saying. if you search for it. It will come....

up in your results.
