ive been looking for rear big brake upgrade kit for the s13 and found some but my question is if you have to get rid of the e-brake cables?

PBM Rear 330mm rotor utilizes the stock caliper. Just upgrade to better pads and retain OEM ebrake.

i believe if you are changing calipers they yes since stock calipers have the e-brake system all in one.

p.s. done alot of research on upgrading rear brakes. You could also go the altima rear caliper brackets use the s14 calipers and use bigger rotor and better pads.

Those are ways to keep oem ebrake.

The best is always going to be akebono 13in rear rotors and calipers and 300zx ebrake assembly.

so you are saying altima rear brackets instead of z31 brackets? or are they one in the same? and s14 calipers are a tad bigger then s13 right?
