s13 vert help

im lookin to buy my first vert, im tryin to buy a shell ive found one nere me but the guy says its missing the top not sure what all is missing from it but does anyone have any good resorses i could use to research the replacement/repair and at what point is it bad enough that i shouldnt even bother with it.
