PARADOX(Zilvia member) didn't send my engine!

Last May of 2003, I sent my $650 to PARADOX a.k.a. Josh Perlow for a

ka24de engine.

I patiently waited, then he told me that he used my money to pay his bills!!!!

What kind of shiet is that?

He didn't give me a refund or an engine.

I lost his address; stupid me.
If anyone knows his address and any usefull info., please holla. Thanks
