Need help with KA24de Cam swap

So I've been doing a lot of research on the cam swap on a ka24de. I'm looking into doing a 248/232 cam swap in a 95 DOHC KA24DE. Can someone please give me some info on this swap? Most of what I've found is for a s13 ka.....The grey areas for me are the following:

-What motor to pull the 248/232 cams off of? (I believe s13 but idk)
-What should timing be set at? (25*)??
-Which cam goes on which side?
