i just put my tein flex coilovers on and i can't seem to adjust the ride height..i've been searching but cant really come across a clear answer..i've searched for hours, even came across the instruction manual from tein but it doesnt tell how to adjust ride height..

maybe im just looking at it the wrong way, but i cant get the tube to turn at all(all locks are loose).. do i have to take the 2 bracket bolts off to turn it?? any input would be great

Ride height is adjusted by loosening the lower lock and spin the entire shaft ..exposed more threads on the bottom = cars going down no threads exposed cars lifting up..if you YouTube how to adjust Pbm, it's the same

just unbolt the bracket from the spindle and turn that instead. Way easier that way. I never adjust coilovers with them mounted on the car. I'd rather just take the easy way and pull them off, lower or raise them however much I want, then reinstall them.

is there a way to get a better grip on the tube so i can spin it easier?

Use your wrench on the top lock nut that holds the spring, when you want to lower them. And you should be able to use the bottom one to raise it.

if you dont want to undo the lower bracket, you can take a jack under the LCA and apply a little pressure and it will allow the shock body to turn easier

You have spanner wrenches that came with the coil overs ..?

thanks for all the input guys..i did end up getting it, it was just a pain because there was dirt in the treads..i learned it's easier to back the bracket down, spay the threads with lubricant, clean threads with brush, then thread it to adjust ride height..those things spin 100% better now.
