s13 redtop install into S14 Zenki

I have a nasty parasitic drain and I want to make sure my lower harness is connected properly. please someone who is knowledgeable on this engine swap ,s13 redtop into s14 chassis, let me know what these two wires coming off this wiring specialties harness pictured below. I have the blue circled connector on the intake manifold sharing a ground with the engine ground. the red I don't even know where that goes to. Please help.

looks like another ground

there are two grounds because the harness is made to fit two different cars. Read the wiring specialties install guide to figure out which one is which.
