I've been searching here, and other sites and I can't find what all i'll need to do to make the S13 DOHC KA24DE work in my 95 S14 OBD1. I know the s14 intake manifold, and distributor and a lot of places say all the sensors? Which sensors do people mean when they say that? Also is there anything that i'm missing? Thanks for the help!

I might be wrong but I think you just need the entire swap (engine/harness/ecu)possibly some rewiring of the dash harness and cluster

I'm pretty sure I can use my s14 ecu and harness. I'm finding a lot of people saying that I don't even need to swap over the sensors. Just the intake manifold and dizzy.

I did the opposite of this, s14 ka into s13.
Sensor swapping is not necessary. EXCEPT: Speed sensor and Coolant Temp SENDER. (The one for your dash, not ECU.)
Heater lines are slightly different.
It will be easiest to keep s14 harness, s14 dizzy, s14 ecu.
Intake manifold isn't necessary if you're OBD1. I had no problems or codes using obd1 s14 intake mani with my s13 ecu and harness.
I feel like I'm forgetting something...

Are you forgetting the crank angle sensor? So I need to swap the dizzy, cts, and the speed sensor?

Swap everything from s14 intake manifold to s13 short block (just put on s14 manifold). Exhaust manifold is different as well so just use the s14 one. Basically everything is plug and play. Just use all s14 components. Pretty damn easy.
Crank position sensor is on trans.
