Do you need a JDM Bumper Bracket for the Kouki Front JDM bumpers?

Im a little confused. Is the JDM OEM bumper bracket needed for the JDM bumper?

i have a 1997 kouki but not too sure.. what im suppose to be looking for.

the metal crash bar is different, as is the foam insert. The bumper retainer is the same.
