WTB: Fuel pressure regulator, s13 drivers door window trim, subframe risers, sr fan

Looking for either a stock sr fuel pressure regulator or something adjustable with a gauge. Don't want knockoffs or other cheap junk.

Also looking for s13 drivers door window trim for a hatch in good shape.

I saw PBM was out of subframe risers so looking for those and need a OEM SR clutch fan setup.
