Difference s13 and s14 MAF Sensor

Tell me how much exactly is the differece between an american Ka24 MAF Sensor and a S14 Ka24 MAF Sensor. Cause im looking for something more straight through if this can happen, and that stock MAF is so restrictive. some info would be nice.

What do you mean by "american Ka24 MAF"?

The S14 MAF is slightly larger and has a different design. If you are looking for one, I have one for sale.
