Feasibilty of this?

Ok. My friend is running a S14 non-SE, stock steelies, 195 tires, s14 blacktop s14. Toys are Greddy FMIC, manual boost controller, and some coilovers.
Nothing extra, said he didn't adjust boost, anything. Now the question.
At stock 7psi, with said car and mods, can he run 13.2 in the 1/4? I say no.

just for refference, s14's ran 14.7-14.9 i think.. high 14's, theres no way a man. boost and a fmic will knock almost 2 sec off, especially on stock steelies.

it takes a LOT more than that to run a low 13. at least a lot more boost.

ahh...well since i helped put the motor in and saw the condition of it i would say that he used the wrong vaccumm line for his waste gate....he claimed it to be just as fast as mine..

he can do it at 14psi w/ a good 60ft. but not at 7psi

What was the condition of the sr? I just noticed a few ghetto rigged things in it, didn't pay attention to anything else. I've never ridden in it, and can't possibly imagine that he could do that, unless the sr came over with internal goodies, like cams and an upgraded turbo or new manifold or something.. with a perfect drive, a 3000 pound car+driver needs 254rwhp to run 13.2. Stock blacktop should make like 215+ fmic and exhaust would be 230-ish? Why are there 4 people backing up his run? How could he launch on his stock skinnies and no lsd! (If you can't tell, this is bothering the hell out of me).
