going to make my 92 Hatch from a 4 lug to a 5 lug cause as you know there are not enough choices for rims that are 4 lug. So i'm looking around for some 5 lug Disc brakes for my S13 but i can't find any... so are there any good disc brakes out there for front and rear ?

Rotors are the same shit as S14 SE.

I have S14 rotors on my S13 right now.

too much work to swap.

Took me like 2 hours for the front and 3 hours for the rear (I honestly had no idea what I was doing). It's really not that much work.

As for rotors, I lucked out. The s14 I had that I took the 5 lug off had Brembo rotors. :wiggle:

Just do a j30 or q45 brake swap. Rears do the z31 caliper bracket with 2002 altima rotors, bigger brakes accomplished and all rotors drilled for 5 lug. Why has nobody thought to suggest this?

Not everyone has easy access to J30's or Qs,

I found a ~95 J30 in the junkyard... they're around

Also, lots of people are selling the z/skyline calipers for cheapish now

do 5 lug rotors instead of drilling yours out,
drilling 5 lug consumed more time than actually swapping to 5lug

True fucking story. Killed some drill bits too.

Can't find many 4 lug wheels has to be a joke. They been made for decades by tons of manufactures.

i went through 3 titanium bits, which was getting expensive so i resorted to some random ones in the garage after the 3rd.

We sell our own gas slotted rotors if you wanted to go the performance direction, we produce them in house, around $84.00 a piece. Can ship same day.

Or non-slotted for around 49.00 a piece.

Occasional hard spots in the cast iron can break the tip of a drill bit if you apply excessive pressure on the tip of the bit. Take it slow about 500rpm and keep lubricating. I don't know how you guys are drilling but I used 1 drill bit for about 10 rotors and plenty of other metal drilling too.
