Brand New Work XD9 5x114 18x10 Project kics lugs

bought these wheels brand new and waited 8 weeks to special order white directly from work not powder coated. wheels have never been mounted on the car. comes with all decals and blue valve stems. the tires are continental extreme dw and brand new as well still has stickers. I also have some mint condition project kics r40 nechrome lug nuts. pics show only 4 lugs but i have the complete set of 20. also comes with locks
