okay so i did a rb20det swap and it sputters at high rpms.. i checked tps sensor and its .4v at idle 4.1v at WOT..

it seems to be a boost problem. if i give it WO, when its running it jumps to 0psi on boost gauge then shoots to 7psi.... but if i give it ~50%throttle it will go to go all way to 6k rpms and never hit boost!!!

im about to go crazy trying to figure this out.. any help will be appreciated

thanks

scott

you have what is called a boost leak
get a pressure tester..

and maybe a tired fuel pump. Boost leak is very likely though.

Just put walbro 255 and 300zx fuel filter.

I put on a smaller intercooler and seemed to fix it until I drove around alittle and started acting up again so idk if the smaller one just got too hot after driving

check all the connections on your intercooler piping. i have had that problem before and it is because the piping couplers would seem to "loosen up" and let out some boost pressure in boost
