Just in the open, Yes, I searched, yes I read the first 10ish pages of the 'wheel fitting' thread.

I'm starting to rebuild my mostly stock S14. I want to keep her looking stock, but I'm not much for OEM, so I had some questions:

Opinion: How are Stance GR+ Coilovers? Any better options on Coilovers for around $1k?

I'd also like to do slightly bigger/nicer rims. I'd rather not have to roll any fenders. I'm thinking about "5ZIGEN ProRacer ZR+520 17x9 +37" Will they fit with the coilovers? what kind of spacer/offset should I look for? Should I go with 17x8's? What tires would fit on the X9's and x8's?

Sway bars and other rubber stuff: Is Suspension Technique still good for sways? How about Energy Suspension for the rest of the bushings?

Third, noob question: WTF is 'tire stretching'? I see it talked about all the time, but can't figure it out. I can be a little daft.

The fortune auto coils are suppose to be really nice coils for the money so search them, there are several threads from customers on here giving them a full review.

I'm not touching the wheel fitment question, you're in for it on that one.

As for the anti-sways, ST, whiteline, and a few other people make decent ones.

Energy still makes great options for replacement bushings.

Tire stretching is when you put a smaller tire on a wider rim and it "stretches" to fit. Giving it that look.
