Hello everyone. I own a ka24de that (a year and a half ago) blew up on me and I decided to buy a rebuild kit off of eBay( which I 100% regret)

now my problem is I've had nothing but trouble from this kit... I've replaced pretty much everything from this kit. The other day the timing chain decided to break a month after the headgasket cracked. Replacing with a brand new refurbed head. So with only 1000 miles on the new head the timing chain snaps bending the valves inside. That made me furious. I'm almost positive chains are suppose to last longer than that...

What I'm trying to see is if it even ground s to take legal action or anything?

Or am I retarded?

buying a ebay rebuild kit was your first mistake.
A lot of companies that sell auto parts will warranty their products if the kit or part is installed by a certified ASE technician. I doubt the company u bought the kit from wont even bother with you. Just learn from your mistake and move forward. Save up and buy the actual Nissan parts. Check out FRsport, they have a line of rebuild kits.

I speak from experience. Just my .02 cents.
