They shall not...
For your own comfort just wrap them in heat shielding \also blanket your exhaust housing along with your manifold.
Clean looking!

Alright but theoretically if I wanted 5/16 stainless I could cut the stainless to the correct length and use the same fittings as I would have with the rubber? or would I have to change the banjo fittings and where I bypass the tb cooling?

Just re-use the stock SR coolant hard lines by cutting it and bending it carefully just enough for the hose to be away from the tubine housing and clamp the hose from there. AN lines would be the cleaner route as well. GL!

Now if I went the an route any idea how that would connect to the port on the intake manifold I'm not sure what kind of fitting it would be.
Just cause I want my car to be reliable I don't want stupid issues like lines leaking/ melting

I've personally switch over to just running journal bearing turbo so I didn't have to deal with this. What I've done in the past with a BB T28 turbo was used the SR coolant hardlines and just bent the outlet pointing to the front of the turbo. I then run it to the ports where the TB cooling Goes. I essentially bypasses the TB to just to the turbo. The hoses runs just below the head front cover and you can just make DIY brackets or zip ties to keep the hoses from moving and not hit the clutch fan.

I'll try it out seems simple enough to work, did you just cut it with a wizard? And bend it by hand? Or did you do it profesh?
Thanks for he help now I just need to buy stock coolant lines

From what ive researched on running coolant lines on a t25/28 turbo its not necessary, a good turbo timer or proper cooling of the engine after hard or regular driving should be sufficient. Just fyi

I heard that for the t25 since its journal bearing but I heard in it'll choke up and run like balls eventually for the t28. I'm considerig just selling my 28 and just buying the Isis turbo upgrade that's oil cooled cause atleast that has a 1 year warranty and I know it's gonna work
