I'm having my block bored over to 86.5 mm for my CP pistons with 9:1 compression. I bought them from a member here so I don't have any paperwork for them. What do I need to tell my machinist for the piston to wall clearances?

That's the size of the bore, not the clearances. He is talking about how much space should there be between they pistons and cylinder wall when the piston is in.

Ok that's close to what I was thinking, I tried calling CP, and every time just says waiting for operator. Then just rings forever. Anyone else have any more input on this? And is that in mm or inches?

Doesn't say anything after the number on my spec sheet..
But here give Dustin @ Brian Crower a call 619.749.9018 tell him Kris/Ping refer him.
He'll answer whatever questions you have. Goodluck!
