EVO 9 Front seats

Hey guys,
Looking to sell my evo 9 front seats, 9/10 condition. Passenger seat is perfect but the driver side has slight bolster wear (very slight) and the material on the bottom cushion is a little worn from my wallet? Not too noticeable (Look at second to last photo for reference)
