Help!

What would be the reason that my ECU is not getting power? All of the grounds and relays are fine. When I try to turn the car over, I'm not getting a spark at all. Fuel pump isn't cutting on. At first I thought it might be a distributer problem, but considering the ECU doesnt seem to be getting power, i figured it could be a wiring issue, however; all the grounds are just fine. Car is turning over, just cant get a spark. :( Any ideas one what issue I could be missing?

what engine and chassis? im guessing a new swap?

Old swap, new shell. S14. Figured out the problem. Whoever had the shell before me wasnt aware that the person they got to wire it decided to cut one of the grounds back near a braket but never hooked it up. They previously had an sr.
