I believe this is an Ebay or Isis turbo.
I got it in a trade and I won't be using it anytime soon.
Appears to be new but I'm not sure.
The center section needs to be rotated 180*(drain is at the top).
Has some side to side shaft play.

Not necessarily, depends on how much the OP means is "Some" Also as you can see who knows what manufacturer it may be. Craftsmanship could play a roll + The fins look new.
