All 4 and yes I have center caps!!!Have a set of drift spares I have no use for. They are in great shape. lil to no curb rash. Chunky ass tires. Please correct me if Im wrong on the offset and I will gladly change it, no need to get your underwear all wet about it. 4 lug universal. 15x7 +0
