my bone stock 90 auto is struggling to accelerate between about idle(800RPM)-3k. ive sprayed the crap out of my iac with cleaner got new spark plugs with new wires and i have a new alternator? the only other thing i can think that would cause this is maby my fuel pump, injectors or coil pack might b going bad? any info is helpful
if you think its a fuel issue i would get a fuel pressure test done.. if bad. possible fuel pump/filter/clogged injector.
sounds like a weak spark.. try a coil pack as well

So I got a new coil pack now and still same thing. This morning went to take off from a red light and just above 1k it was so rough, the car seemed like it was gonna stall out. Haven't done a fuel pressure test yet. And a quick dumb question. My motor mounts are real bad would they b a cause of this, from it rockin back and fourth?

get a fuel pressure gauge and monitor your fuel pressure at idle 1-3k rpm and see if your fuel pressure is dropping. if it doesn't than you know its something else. What happens after 3000 rpm?

swap fuel filter and try a known good working pump. ( easy to swap pumps, just unplug the whole unit and drop in the new one )
sounds like its starving at first then you are building up enough power to the pump to force the fuel in. I would do the fuel filter first.

On the way home car felt like it didnt have any power no mater what rpm and was rocking the whole car at red lights but Here's a video of what it sounds like when it's in park.

Ended up just going out and buying new pump and filter from advanced auto. Replaced both today and car still acted same way. I went under the hood and wiggled the injectors and BAM car idled perfectly. Wiggled them with some force again and car almost stalled out. So finally figured it out after spending time and money on stuff I didn't need. So now I'm probally gonna buy injectors tomorrow

I would check the injector wiring before replacing the injectors if wiggling the wires causes a fluctuation in performance...

why not just check to make sure it is getting proper connection at all injectors. remove that metal retaining clip and pop off each injector plug and check to make sure the connections are tight. i did this to mine and used needle nosed pliers and pressed the connectors on the injector plug closed a bit so that they would make a proper connection to the injectors themselves. also have you tried fuel injection cleaner and all the basic maintenance stuff yet before you determine a or multiple parts are bad...general its just maintenance issues not necessary bad parts. my Sohc acts funny sometimes too but after all the basic stuff it runs much better.
