got an S13, what can I use from S14

I bought an 92 5speed coupe today, and have a wrecked S14 5speed. I know I can use the seats, rims, z32 brakes and short shifter but is there anything else I can use?

Also, i was running 235's front on 7.5" +40 rims and 245's rear on 8" +35 will these tires fit an s13 with no spacers?

here is a list of things i have and am not sure they will fit, a little cutting and welding wouldnt be a problem either if they "almost" fit:

greddy header
cat back exhaust
straight pipe
agx's with h&r's(pretty sure these wont fit and not good to modify them)
ss brake lines, are they different for S13?
ngk plug wires, different part number but i thought it was the same engine?

since you got the seats already, you could use the seatbelts. it sure beats the automatic seatbelts.

you will have trouble with 7.5inches with 40offset and 235s. Those will not clear the front struts (KYB AGX).

I have z32 rims with 225 tires. They hit the strut, you will need at least a 10mm spacer, and even then I can barely fit my fingers between.

hmm, anyone running 215/45/17's on 7.5" +40 rims, i thought that was a common size for S13 front

i have 215/45/17 on a 7 inch rim, clear my jics by like 5mm.

anyone know if the dohc S13 header is different from the S14 one?

the plug wires will work but you wont have a coil wire, as the s14 didnt haev a external coil pack.

i m guessing your s14 is 4lug?

you could use the motor and tranney

s14 carpet fits in a s13, so if your s13 carpet is bad you can use it, and it doesnt have the bumps for the seat belt parts...


the s14 radiator is thicker than a s13, but this is where a rig comes in, you either need to move you rad. catch can to the left side, or make a lopp to loop it back to the right.

thats all i can think of. that u didnt already list, i used the front carpet from the clip.and s14 seats in my car and soon i will put in my s14 rad, all came from a usdm s14

oh yah the headers are different, the stock stuff the s14 has a down pipe, and s13 has a split pipe, it looks like there was less room for the s14 so they made the down pipe, but when compared they are alot differetn so i would guess there headers would be.
