Hello I'm new to the forms. So I just got a s14 sr and noticed its air /fuel gauge is at 14.7. I heard that's not safe for the sr ? (stock) my other question is I also noticed it came with a apexi air converter S-Afc ii I tried turning it on but it's off how would I be able to hook it up? First time with sr. Please help. Thanks

You don't turn on or off the safc, it's obviously not wired in correctly.

Thats where it needs to be at idle and crusing speeds. Should be 12 or richer under boost stock. Trash the safc

It seems you passed google and came straight here...
ok, so i just got back from tabbing out, it took me under 3 seconds to find this on google...
i typed "installing safc s14 sr"
These are for a ka, but its the same except the pins on the sr ecu may be different, so cross reference them with the pinout FSM from the s14 sr.. its super easy to wire in a safc its like 6 wires, maf in maf out, power, rpm, knock, tps, ground, o2 if you want and dimmer if you want.. i think that's pretty much it, remember to solder and heat shrink.

safc's suck balls, get a tuned ecu or something. If its a stock Sr then you don't need it anyway and you will probably blow up your engine messing with it. 12 or under while boosting, any other time around 14 is fine like 4x4 said
